Our advocacy starts with a thorough process that includes an initial personalized “Welcome Call” where our guest services team will give you the full scope of what to expect, important information about parts, timeline of service, and the amount your insurance will cover. We want to be sure that there are no surprises, no pressure, and no rush. By slowing down our intake processes and providing full transparency, we are changing the way auto repairs are done. General manager Craig Newton believes that regular communication with customers is the key to building a long-term relationship and providing a service they can trust. “We bring awareness to our customers. Guided by years of experience in the industry, we go beyond fit and finish to give you safe and proper repairs. We work diligently to obtain Manufacturer Brand Certifications because we know that an expert skilled technician will get the job done right the first time. It is important for the consumer to understand that not every shop is certified by the manufacturer to repair your car.  Along with our certifications in Ford, Nissan, Hyundai and Chrysler, we also recently earned the I-CAR® Gold Class Certification, the highest rating in the collision industry. Each certification is unique and we are proud of this distinction and the work that our staff put in to achieve these benchmarks.
